About
My current research lies at the intersection of machine learning, robotics and cognitive science. At Tufts, I work on using passive brain signals as a mechanism for implicit human-in-the-loop reinforcement learning. Advised by Dr. Jivko Sinapov and Dr. Robert Jacob, I focus on developing RL frameworks that align agent behavior with user goals and expectations through Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI).
I gradauted from Lafayette College in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. At Lafayette, I was an undergraduate student researcher in the BCI lab advised by Dr. Lisa Gabel and Dr. Yih-Choung Yu. In 2021, I spent a summer as computational biology research intern at Michigan State University under Dr. Arjun Krishnan. I joined Tufts as a Computer Science Post-Bacc/Master's student. As a DREAM Fellow, I gained experience in Robotics and Reinforcement Learning (RL) in Dr. Jivko Sinapov's lab where I'm now a full-time Ph.D. Candidate.
